More than 30 years I have worked in the IT Business with service management including quality assurance, maintenance, and reporting back on Oracle Applications for clients such as Universities, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice and others.

Service Management tasks are my core competencies to ensure quick overview of resources related to the incoming tasks from design to programming and ensuring progress. I will investigate deeply in all new tasks and upgrade my qualifications as far as possible for the job. I’m ITIL and PRINCE2 certified.

The last 20 years I also have been working with webdesign and development and have taking care of all roles in the process. In 2013 I have participated in a longer course regarding Online Marketing and there got my skills for Reputation Management, SEO, use of Social Media, Traffic Analyzis and E-mail marketing upgrated.

I graduated from the Business school, I’m approved as driving instructor and with my employment in the Military Data Department and in the Army Operational Command I’ve worked with both internal and external IT support. In this position I acquired deep expertise in IT and later Service Management and Project Management in CGI / Logica and WM-data.

In my spare time I breed Collies at international level and I’m Founder and Owner of Si-Si Collies.
