1996 – 2013 WM-data – Logica – CGI, It consultant

Service Management and responsible for the department’s Service Desk and here analyzing incoming Service Requests, Incidents, and Request for Changes. This includes quality assurance, maintenance, and reporting back on Oracle Applications for clients such as Universities, Foreign and Justice Ministries and others. The work also includes the security of the individual supplies quality and continuous progress and in collaboration with the department’s other project managers to develop concepts for customer management and contractual basis and coordinating the resources to deal with incoming tasks. Having been responsible for IT systems and production machinery, and performing the ongoing service and maintenance. Responsible for the management of the internal shift planing.

1994 MD-Foods, Trainee as IT support consultant

Trainee in the education as IT Support consultant. Working with troubleshooting, installation and configuration of new PCs and performed super user support for company employees.

1989 – 1995 Defence Data Service / Army Operational Command, IT consultant
